Rest notifications based on elevated heart rate

A notification when my heart rate gets too high and it's time for a rest period. This is important for long distance training and to make sure I'm not over-training.

Keep track and notify me when my bike needs to be serviced. Even better, let me choose between maintenance intervals based on months or mileage.
